In case the user provides a valid email address, the user voluntarily agrees that email will be used as communication channel for the filed request. In the case that any Court considers partially or totally nil or void any section of this Legal Notice, this does not affect any of the other sections of this Legal Notice nor the specific terms and conditions applicable. The fact that Exis TI does not execute its right according to any of the sections of this Legal Notice does not imply that a withdrawal or cancellation of this right unless a different written agreement is provided by Exis TI.

This legal warning and the rest of the contents in this website are governed by Spanish law; whereby, in the event of any controversy, Exis TI and the user shall be subject to the Courts of the city of Madrid (Spain), waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
